TRUE INSPIRATION FOR YOUTH

PROVE YOURSELF -  NEVER GIVE UP-                                                                                     ELON MUSK

It takes a lot of hardwork and effort to build a single company, It takes immense pain to make it successful. Elon Musk made Zip2,Paypal,X.com,SpaceX,Tesla, Solarcity and took them to great heights.

But along the way , there were numerous set backs , some are foreseen and others not. When your role models turn out to be against humanity , you do feel immense pain. But We move on and continue to do our work..

Thats the greatest advice Elon Musk has given to anyone.

"All the external factors whether some one likes you or not , it is beyond your control, but what is within your control is how each and every second you spend in your life."

Einstein once said that Success is 1% Genius and 99% perspiration. In case of Elon Musk , He is both a genius and a tremendous hardworker.

He describes how a person putting in 100 hours of work every week would achieve his goal in half the time a typical person putting 40 hour a week. He has some great and whacky ideas. But who said Genius isn't about being whacky. I mean think about it , the first time the wright brothers said that they were going to try to fly , people thought of them as though they were crazy. In the words of Steve Jobs , Stay Hungry and Stay Foolish and in the words of Elon Musk - Work 100 hour a week to achieve your goals !

When asked in an interview about which university degrees he identifies on a resume, Musk revealed that although accreditation could be a nice signal of a person's capabilities, they are never a requirement for attaining incredible things (or getting employed by Musk).

Even more proof that we're too consumed with degrees and certifications.
Musk explains that many of the best iconic figures in tech-- from Bill Gates to Larry Ellison to Steve Jobs-- failed to graduate, because accreditation and gold-plated degrees do not constantly go hand in hand to .
Which is not only accurate when you're referring to innovative geniuses. The latest research of job posts identified that, to save themselves the trouble of sifting through resumes, organizations are requesting degrees for positions that can be performed completely well without them. This rise of degree inflation suggests organizations wind up paying 30% more for talent that is not required .
Do hard work in your field and never give up on your dream .......
